Job Summary:

As an SAP Business Analyst specializing in Quality Management (QM), you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of SAP S/4 Hana Quality Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Business process blueprint sessions with end users and gather requirements.

• Document the requirements in Business process blueprint documents.

• Design the solution to meet the business requirements.

• Create Functional specifications and Functional design documents.

• Configuration (SPRO) in SAP S/4

• Creation of Test scenarios and test scripts

• Functional testing of business process steps and SAP development objects

• End user training

• Cutover planning

• Go live and Post go live support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in design, development, and testing of SAP S/4 Hana Quality Management module.

• Exposure to system integration of SAP QM with SAP EWM module working with Inspection Lot origins 17.

Strong Knowledge and Experience:

o Master data objects such as Material master, Master Inspection Characteristics, Inspection Plan, Equipment, Catalogs etc.

o Serial number management and tracking

o Inspection Planning and Execution

o Sampling

o Source, Incoming, In process and Outbound Inspection

o Quality Notifications

o Defects and Complaints

o Quality Order Management

o Integration of QM with other areas like PP, WM, PM, ...

o Interfaces and IDOC Processes.

• In-depth knowledge on SAP Plant Maintenance module and ECO is preferable.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
