Our Challenge:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Developer to join our digital analytics team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Adobe CJA to deliver comprehensive and actionable insights across the customer journey. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, leveraging Adobe Experience Platform data, and enabling sophisticated analysis to improve customer experiences and drive business outcomes.


The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain customer journey dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Integrate CJA with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other relevant data sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to define and refine analytics requirements.
  • Create complex segments, calculated metrics, and data filters to enhance the granularity of reporting.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights related to customer behavior.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data collection, data integrity, or reporting inconsistencies within Adobe CJA.
  • Optimize data architecture, tagging, and tracking configurations for more efficient data flow and analysis.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on leveraging Adobe CJA tools and dashboards.
  • Stay up-to-date with Adobe Experience Cloud updates and emerging trends in digital analytics.


Requirements

You are:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar tools within Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) , including data layer architecture and tagging solutions.
  • Proven experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using Adobe CJA, including building reports, metrics, and insights.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and data query languages used within Adobe analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, customer segmentation, and data-driven personalization strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets and provide meaningful insights.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical.
