Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Painting Estimator & Project Manager. This role combines project estimation and management responsibilities, ensuring seamless communication between clients, our painting team, and internal operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual customer consultations on-site.
• Develop a tailored and detailed proposal for customers based on their specific project requirements and needs.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and follow up diligently.
• Ensure thorough and consistent customer follow-up and follow-through.
• Clearly communicate and accurately document customers' needs and expectations in a written proposal.
• Prepare a weekly analysis of results to facilitate Goal Setting and Review sessions.
• Keep an open appointment schedule for potential customers and meet sales targets.
• Build a close working relationship with the painting teams, owner, and admin to ensure all expectations outlined in the written proposal are met.

Skills:

• Painting estimation experience is required
• Project Management experience is preferred
• Driver's License with clean driving record
• Customer sales and/or estimation services (preferred)
• Track-Record as a Top Performer (preferred)
• History of accomplishments and promotions
• Working knowledge of interior and exterior paints coatings and other construction (preferred)
• Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• * Goal oriented, organized and energetic
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Word/Excel are required

Preference:

• Must be based in Huntington Beach or surrounding cities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Salary: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Location: On-site, On the road

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Construction estimating: minimum 1 year
