Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing company to locate their next HR Director.


Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site with occasional travel)

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule: Full-time

What will your day look like?

  • HR Strategy Development: Lead the design and execution of HR initiatives that align with business goals, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by developing policies that promote engagement and compliance.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the implementation of performance review processes and employee development programs.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to deliver exceptional support across the organization.


Who are you?

  • Experienced Professional: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Compliance Expert: In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP/SCP or SPHR certification is a plus.
