We are seeking an R&D Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily operations and support systems at our PIC facility. This non-lab role involves vendor coordination, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate vendor services, maintenance, and landlord requests.
• Oversee facility systems (RO systems, process gases) and supply deliveries.
• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Client owned assets that are integral to the PIC, which includes but is not limited to creating PM schedule, supporting service requests, etc. Upkeep and receipt of the supplies packages being delivered
• Handle procurement of office/lab supplies and ensure safety compliance.
