An electric utility client is looking for a Document Imaging Specialist who will be responsible for scanning physical contracts and converting them to digital format.

Location: Rosemead, CA 91770

Position: Document Imaging Specialist

Pay Rate : $21/hr. on W2

Duration : 18 months or longer

Schedule: M-F, 8-5

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scan physical contracts and convert them to digital format.
• Verify the clarity and accuracy of scanned files.
• Upload contracts to the EDMRM system, following naming conventions.
• Ensure data security and handle sensitive documents with discretion.
• Troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and communication skills.
