We are seeking a mid-to-senior-level Agile Project Manager to lead critical implementation projects involving Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and SAP (Supply Chain, Financials, Warehouse Management) . This role demands strong project management expertise, hands-on experience with application implementations, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Manage Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and SAP implementation projects across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth application rollouts.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in Salesforce or SAP implementation .
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies , including Scrum frameworks.
• Experience managing enterprise applications in areas like CRM, Supply Chain, Financials, or Warehouse Management systems .
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Newark, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CSM, PMP, or Salesforce/SAP certifications .
• Experience with hybrid project delivery models .
