PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Washington – Oregon / Umatilla area

2nd shift | Monday – Friday 1p – 930p

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Production Supervisor will assist the Production Manager by ensuring all goals, objectives, policies, and procedures are followed and executed in the most timely and efficient manner. Additionally, this role will help develop training programs, maintain SOPs, and focus on continuous improvement for the production department.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of experience in Operations and/or Production Operations
• Previous experience in a structured team environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to lead effectively, and influence others
• High School diploma or GED
