Fluor led joint venture with United Infrastructure Group, Fluor-United Asheville (FUA), is seeking candidates for the I-26 Widening Project. FUA was selected by the N.C. Department of Transportation (NCDOT) to widen and improve the 7.5 mile stretch of Interstate 26 from Exit 40 (N.C. 280) to the I-
