Work Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days in office

Job Description:

Resolution Plan – Consultant Needs

FRM requests a VP equivalent consultant to support the preparation of financial analyses and related documentation (narrative and MMD). The consultant would be responsible for:

  • Financial Forecasting components, primarily, but not limited to:
  1. Resolution Expenses across the material entities
  2. Balance Sheet Forecasts
  • Liaising with Front Office and Finance Personnel as part of the above to develop the associated justification
  • Preparation of a robust EUC/NMC
  • Documentation of the above (model validation, Res Plan Documentation, etc.)
  • Most of the work would occur between January and Jun of 2025.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and valuation concepts
  • Knowledge of bank regulatory capital and stress testing (Basel 3, RWAs, SLR, CCAR, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the principal corporate and investment banking business lines
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills; ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable insights
  • A high level of flexibility and a strong willingness to fulfill team goals in an environment of changing conditions and deadlines
  • Detail oriented and able to work independently to produce high quality work product with limited managerial oversight
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain underlying drivers and key takeaways to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Team player who thrives on individual responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative field preferred. Masters a plus
  • Experience in management consulting, strategy, or investment banking preferred
