Leading and well renowned provider of industrial gas to numerous industries across the world is looking for a talented and motivated NATIONAL FLEET REFURB MANAGER to lead, motivate, support and provide guidance to it’s rehab shop staff in the Chattanooga, TN area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Budget, plan and orchestrate production resources (time, labor, and material) to maximize production efficiency while remaining within financial targets.

· Establish a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.

· Ensure that work performed on transport equipment in the rehab facility is complying to my client’s design specifications, quality guidelines, and US DOT/Canada regulations.

· Champion continued process improvement (CPI) and lean initiatives for fleet refurb maintenance shop with emphasis on 5s implementation & sustainment.

Qualifications :

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or 10+ years industry experience required.

· Minimum 5 years of related experience in industrial plant is required.

· Production / Project Planning experience required.

· Experience in mechanical manufacturing and processing technology required.

· At least 2 years’ supervisory experience required in a process manufacturing environment, including staff management and development.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good computer skills: including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
