Job Description

IntePros is hiring an Operations Client Relationship Issue Resolution Analyst for our premier client! This hybrid role is crucial in managing and resolving complex operational issues for high-priority clients, working to enhance client satisfaction through efficient issue management and proactive process improvements. The Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across sales, claims, billing, enrollment, and other departments to ensure timely and effective issue resolution, fostering a client-centered approach.


Responsibilities:

· Issue Resolution: Manage client-specific issues through to completion, identifying root causes, documenting solutions, and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, engaging subject matter experts as needed to resolve issues promptly.

· Executive Communications: Develop strategic summaries of issue details, root cause analysis, and remediation pathways, presenting findings and action plans to internal and client leadership.

· Issue Tracking: Update issues in databases to enable insightful reporting on key performance indicators and ensure clients are informed about issue management activities.

· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in issue management, operations, or health insurance may be considered.


Experience:

· 3+ years in healthcare operations and project management, with preferred experience in self-funded claims.

· Familiarity with healthcare payer operations and self-funded group management.


Skills:

· Strong analytical skills to identify trends, resolve complex issues, and convey insights.

· Excellent communication skills for translating complex issues to leadership stakeholders.

· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Project management skills with the ability to coordinate subject matter experts and keep deliverables on track.

· Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and bring a fresh perspective to problem-solving.
