Position Overview:
The Operations Coordinator is an on the road position that reports to the Regional Director.
This role is responsible for maximizing deliverables for our customers by managing the day to day dispatch of our drivers. It requires heavy travel between warehouses in Methuen, Newton, and Randolph, Massachusetts, as well as, Pawtucket, Rhode Island. This role will foster a pipeline of qualified drivers and vendors by building strong relationships and ensuring retention.
There will also be some business development expectations, as appropriate. Applicants must reside in the greater Boston area, preferably Methuen. Familiarity with the territory and the applicant's residential proximity to Methuen will be a deciding factor. $65,000/yr salary plus 7% annual bonus.
