Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: starting at $74,000 annual base

Our RUSH Physical Therapy outpatient centers are seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist to join our North/Northwest Suburbs team. This is a full time position with a 50/50 split between ortho and pelvic health patients.

Responsibilities
n

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n n- n
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n n- n
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n n- n
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n n
n
Qualifications
n
Minimum Qualifications:
n
n- n
Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
n n- n
Pelvic Health Certification
n n- n
Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student
n n- n
Outpatient expereince in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician
n n- n
Valid State Physical Therapist License
n n- n
CPR certification
n n
n
Preferred Qualifications:

n- Herman and Wallace or APTA Pelvic Health Certification
n
n
