Responsibilities
n
n - Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
n - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
n - Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to patients.
n - Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
n - Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement.
n - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
n - Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in physical therapy.
n - some weekend commitment

Qualifications
n
n - Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy holding Baccalaureate Degree or higher required.
n - Current California Physical Therapy licensure required (PTL)
n - Recent graduates who are board eligible will be considered for provisional appointments.
n - Current CPR (AHA BLS)
n - Fire Safety card required. (must obtain 90 days from start date)

Training:
n
n - Academic curriculum will include coursework on growth and development gerontology and therapeutic procedures for pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric populations.
n - New applicants must present documentation of continuing education or experience. Upon annual appraisal must demonstrate participation in external continuing education.
n - Therapists will apply and obtain CCS paneling once one year equivalent of pediatric experience is obtained.
