Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fredericksburg
Fredericksburg, VA
PRN: $60.00/hour
In this role, you will:
- Deliver physical therapy treatment in compliance with regulations and professional standards.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to physical therapist assistants and technicians.
- Communicate effectively with various hospital departments to meet patient and organizational needs.
- Empower patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life.
- Create a safe and patient-centric care environment.
Essential Credentials:
- Active state licensure or certification required by your start date.
- CPR certification preferred based on hospital policy.
- Degree from an accredited bachelor’s or master’s program in physical therapy.
- Strong skills in evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and their families.
