Responsibilities
n
We are looking for a full-time PT for the Lake Worth clinic. The ideal candidate would be a relationship builder and be an independent thinker. This clinic primarily sees orthopedic patients and higher level neuro pts. Lots of opportunity for growth in program development in this role along with growing your clinical skills. This clinic has great relationships withe surrounding schools.

As a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
n
n - Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
n - Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
n - Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
n - Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
n - Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
n - Promoting continuous quality improvement
n - Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications
n
n - Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
n - Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
