Physical Therapist- Eligible for Sign on BonusnnWill see both pediatrics and adultsnnQualifications:nnMust be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.nnDegree Requirements:nnBachelor’s degree required if graduated before 1/1/2016.nnDoctorate of Physical Therapy required if graduated after 1/1/2016.nnInternational candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred).nnLicensing:nnMust hold or be eligible for a Physical Therapist license in the state where services will be provided.nnState licensure must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.nnCertifications:nnMust be certified in CPR or obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.nnMust maintain all certifications and licenses as required.nnPreferred:nnMembership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.nnDriving Requirements:nnIf assigned to drive a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required.nnIf using a personal vehicle, proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license are required.nnPhysical Requirements:nnMust be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with lifting up to 100 pounds, and push up to 300 pounds.nnSkills:nnStrong verbal and written communication skills are essential.nnMust be willing to work at other locations as assigned.
