OverviewnnAs our CT Tech at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, you will help capture usable diagnostic images from patients so the Radiologist can accurately diagnose and/or rule out different conditions.nnEvery day you’ll create cross-section images of the skeleton, tissues, and internal organs. You'll perform a variety of specialized technical tasks associated with the operation of CT scanners and related equipment to assist the radiologist in the detection of anatomical abnormalities. You will also need to enjoy working directly with people as you play a huge role in the patient experience.nnTo be successful in this role, you’ll need to fully understand the importance of diagnostic imaging. This includes knowledge of the general imaging workflow, various patient positioning techniques, and capturing clear results for timely and accurate diagnosis.nnCHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson part of CommonSpirit Health a national nonprofit health system based in Englewood, Colorado.
