Position Details
Ready for one-on-one patient care? In partnership with our Home Healthcare Team, our Physical Therapists are responsible for documenting therapy goals and rehab services provided.
- This can be a PRN contract, Part-time or Full-Time Hourly, or Salaried position
- Pay rate: $75 - $90 per visit
- Bi-Weekly pay
- Flexible working hours that work for YOU! Pick your service area and we provide training and support
- Employee referral program
- No OASIS documentation required - this is the responsibility of our Nursing Team

- A licensed Physical Therapist
- CPR Certified
- Compassionate and friendly
