Responsibilities
n
We are looking for a full time PT for our 3 PT Keller team. This is a fun fast paced clinic and are looking for that dynamic team player to fit in with the clinic culture. Skills in traditional orthopedics, sports medicine and higher level neuro pts are a plus, and new grads with clinical experience in orthopedics will be considered. The ideal candidate would be a relationship builder and be an independent thinker. Lots of opportunity for growth in program development in this role along with growing your clinical skills.

n - Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
n - Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
n - Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
n - Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
n - Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
n - Promoting continuous quality improvement
n - Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
n
.Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required..Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
