All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.nnSummer projects may include the following responsibilities:nnPartner with leadership to identify and address areas to improveefficiency and benchmark with industry bestpractices.nnBecome a process owner; critically review specific processes with greatattentiontodetail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.nnProvide training across Quality functions and support laboratory testing by ensuring standard operating procedures are followed.nnUse highly specialized equipment and instrumentation accurately and with limited supervision.nnCollaborate with Quality and Operations teams to perform key product related root cause investigations and identify/provide oversight of the execution of corrective actions.nnDevelop tools and models to improve tracking and efficiency.nnCollaborate with team members in Production and Quality to build robust documentation to support audit readiness.nnBuildingstrongpartnerships with the Quality and Sourcing teams as well as external customers to ensure the highest level of customer service.nnLearncontinuousimprovement methodologies (i.e., PPI, Six Sigma, and others) and help promote improvement initiatives.nnStart Date: This internship is set to begin on either May 12th or June 16th, 2025 for a duration of 10-12 weeks – dependent upon student availability per academic calendars.nnCompensation & Relocation: Our undergraduate Quality internships offer an hourly rate between $21.50 - $28.75 dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). Additionally, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000 if necessary. Student must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.nnHow will you get here?nnUndergraduate student completing an Engineering or Life Sciences-related degree between December 2025 and June 2026.nn0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.nnConsistenttrackrecord of results demonstrating integrity,innovation,involvement, and intensity.nnEnergized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.nnExcellent interpersonalcommunicationskills with a high degree of emotionalintelligence.nnIf this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!nnTo qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status.
