You will operate as a member of the Accounting and Finance Team, with a focus on contract payroll tasks and vendor communication.nnTemporary AssignmentnnShift: Monday-Friday 8am-9pmnnPay Rate: $20.00/HrnnRESPONSIBILITIES:nnEnsure all hours and pay calculations submitted to contract vendors based on vendor requirements for weekly invoicesnnMonitor Contract Payroll email request for terminations, replacements and ensure communicated to vendors and to manager timelynnSubmit final time to contract vendor, deactivate badge, and revise employee profile in Kronos for all termination requests within 24 hoursnnSend confirmation emails to managers/supervisors regarding Contract Payroll requestsnnWork with production clerks to ensure receiving pay hours by department and meal premium payment reports prior to release of weekly hours to contractorsnnEnsure new access cards and termination are logged dailynnUpdate schedule changes and department changes in Kronos as needed dailynnKeep Sr. Farm Accountant informed of any issues with timely completion of work so resources can be obtained dailynnResponsible for logging capital project expense in to project templates for tracking of project expensesnnAssist with Kronos training for Supervisors, Managers, and Time Clerks as needednnAssist with creating Kronos report templates for Supervisors, Managers, and Time Clerks as needednnPerform other duties as assignednnHiring Requirements:nnValid identification that proves your right to work in the United StatesnnAs a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background checknnCall us today at 661-393-9700 to discuss your work experience and we will match you with our most appropriate client.
