The Opportunity
Commercial Operations empowers the Marketing Partnerships team to develop and execute programs with partners, brands, and advertisers, while maintaining operational excellence. We do this by delivering the most effective tools and workflow systems that enable the team to drive revenue at scale. The team is visible throughout the entire Partnerships and Ads organizations, and works in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment.
The Role
The Commercial Operations team is looking for a Salesforce Program Manager to lead implementation and program management for Salesforce, which will support scaling of Marketing Partnerships' workflows. As the global Program Manager, this person will drive execution direction for implementation, and drive alignment with our global teams, product managers, and Marketing leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Implementation
Lead Salesforce implementation for Marketing Partnerships team and cross-functional partners. Responsible for end-to-end project management on rollout of features and programs, creating implementation plans, defining change management needs across the organization, collaborating on communications/training strategy, and monitoring adoption to identify gaps
Ensure Salesforce adoption and associated workflows, and monitor adoption metrics
Comfortable escalating issues to leadership and engineering partners as needed
Advocate for Marketing Partnerships needs to Product Workflow Optimization & Change Management
Strategize and implement change management plans and coordinate with global teams to ensure successful rollout of Salesforce and associated workflows.
Responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to drive change management with minimal operational friction, crafting communication to key stakeholders, contributing to the creation of guidance and best practices documentation, and directly addressing challenges that may emerge during rollout.
Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
Facilitate communications and drive alignment on Marketing Partnerships' Salesforce implementation roadmap, and execute against priorities
Work closely with Product to help develop and implement an overall engagement model for the team, including best practices, workflows and methods for feedback
Identify risks and misalignment to projects and reduce the impact of potential risks by developing a plan to manage, eliminate, or limit setbacks
Own meetings with Product teams and ensure proper service and support is provided to users from Salesforce
Develop prioritization framework for requirements, and translate feature requirements from users to Product team
The Ideal Candidate has...
7+ years of experience in a highly cross-functional Salesforce Program Management/Product Strategy role
In-depth understanding of Salesforce's Media Cloud and Marketing Cloud products
Salesforce Admin Certification (optional)
Knowledge of the product development workflow strongly preferred, e.g. project management, user acceptance testing, and workflow documentation development
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to socialize, explain, and sell new and complex strategies, practices, and workflows.
Experience or background with global marketing teams and technical teams (e.g. data science and engineering)
Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and think on your feet to solve challenges and problems
Strong understanding of ads business models in SVOD
High tolerance for change, and the capacity to accomplish enormous amounts of work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Pay Rate Range:
$100-115.38/hr.
