Payroll Administrator to join their team.n
Salary/Hourly Rate:
n $45k - $50k DOEn
Position Overview:
n The ideal Payroll Administrator will be hardworking and have a hands-on mentality. The ability to maintain confidentiality is a must. This is a unique opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to take the next step in their career.n
Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator:
n
n - Collect and verify timesheets for compliance, accuracy, and completeness.
n - Compile and enter payroll data into ADP.
n - I-9 audits to ensure that the new hire I-9s are received and compliant.
n - Review post-processing payroll reports.
n - Perform payroll-related functions including but not limited to processing new hires, terminations status changes, wage garnishments, deductions, expense reimbursements, per diems, and direct deposits.
n - Ensure all payroll records are maintained, distribute paychecks, and prepare manual checks as needed.
n - Responsible for enrolling, changing, and terminating policyholders from group insurance plans.
n - Respond to unemployment and child support notifications.
n - Prepare, maintain, and properly close out direct purchase orders.

Qualifications for the Payroll Administrator:
n
n - Payroll experience.
n - Ability to multi-task and work independently.
n - Detailed and highly organized.
n - General HR experience/understanding is a plus but not required.
n - Bilingual is a plus.
n - Software: Microsoft Office (proficient in Excel) and ADP Workforce Now are a plus but not required.

Education Requirements:

n - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field is preferred but not required.
