As a member of the Corporate Solutions Department, a System analyst will analyze business processes and working closely with the Solution Architect(s), Process analysts, as well as business and/or process experts to develop, document and deliver end-to-end process and systems solutions which enable ADM’s strategy.nnJob Responsibilities:nnProvide deep functional & technical expertise in the Sustainability Process area, as well as knowledge of key integration points across various solutions and technical components across several End To End (E2E) Processes including Commodity Trading and Risk Management, Source To Pay, Plan to Deliver, Environment, Health and Safety, Compliance, Legal & Regulatory, Record to Report, Transportation Management, Prospect To Cash. Solutions Landscape includes SAP S/4 HANA, Informatica, Open Text, Sphera Cloud, Workiva, and other 3rd party ES&G SaaS solutions.nnParticipate in design for and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions; partner with other IT delivery team members to ensure efficient and effective design, development, and implementation of solutions.nnParticipate in end-to-end design workshops, providing knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience.nnDocument fit/gap analysis and design decisions; ensure deviations from “out of the box” functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition.nnComplete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW)nnInterface with 3rd party vendors for technical consulting during solution design, development, and ongoing support.nnPartner with development (RICEFW) team members to ensure technical design and delivery align to functional specifications, meet Enterprise Architecture standards and adhere to needed qualitynnComplete system configuration worknnAs needed, provide input to architecture, security, and data standards; ensure end-to-end solutions adhere to these standards.nnProvide input to role-based security designs and solutionsnnShare knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective process areannProvide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management for assigned project, support, and enhancement work.nnParticipate in estimates for time and resource needs of identified solutionsnnSupport project implementation transition to the support organization through documentation and knowledge transfer.nnProvide technical expertise required to resolve escalated support issues.nnAs needed, provide technical input in support of audit requests.nnPartner with other process and system experts to identify and implement business process continuous improvements opportunitiesnnJob Requirements:nn5-10 years’ experience in delivering technology solutions entailing Sustainability and Environmental Due Diligence, Carbon Footprint calculation and reporting, Product Lifecycle Assessments (LCA) and Regulatory reporting and disclosures such as EUDR, CSRD etc.nnDeep experience in implementing and delivering solutions on technologies such as SAP S/4 HANA, Sphera Cloud or other leading software.
