Job Title: Technical Program Analyst 2- Compliance Assessments
Location: Seattle, WA 98101 (Hybrid 3 Days/Week)
Duration: 12 Months (Potential to Extension/Hire)
Schedule: 8 AM -5 PM (40 hrs/week)
Pay Rate Range: $63 - $66 on W2
Job Description:
The Technical Program Analyst in Governance, Risk, and Compliance plays a crucial role in managing technical programs that drive substantial business value for client and its customers. This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop, design, and launch innovative technology solutions. The role encompasses resolving issues, continuous improvement initiatives, and working across various departments and functions on programs of different scopes and complexities, particularly supporting the Compliance Assessments Team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with Technology teams and community to prioritize remediation of SOC and regulatory issues
Document and ensure risk-based remediation plans meet timing requirements
Track and report on remediation progress using program tools
Escalate security issues when necessary
Drive security and technical process improvements based on best practices
Develop timelines to meet internal and external requirements
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure communication
Engage in project teams, representing security requirements
Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal teams
Skills:
Strong program management experience in security or IT compliance field (minimum 3 years)
Knowledge of regulatory and internal control frameworks (PCI DSS, COSO, HIPAA, CIS, NIST, ISO, etc.)
Data management skills including analysis, metrics, and reporting
Ability to track multiple projects and deliverables
Partnership and relationship development skills
Excellent presentation and verbal communication abilities
Understanding of various security topics like networking, cloud security, secure software, cryptography
CISSP certification or equivalent is a plus
Experience with security audits (PCI, SOX, SOC I) is advantageous
Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated knowledge
