• Engineer and automate solutions to improve business processes

• Modernize account creation for Google Workspace and M365

• Account creation, termination, user access mgt, and support

• Assess the stability, security, and scalability of our platforms

• Establish and measure SLAs to meet business needs

• Support for enterprise education environments

• Chromebook console management

Required

• Enterprise Google Workspace support

• Google Workspace Admin Console (GAC)

• Identity Access Management best practices

• Gmail, SAML, PowerShell / scripting, migrations
