Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, the Creative Services Project Manager will manage end-to-end delivery (production and development) of marketing campaign materials and digital optimizations and enhancements related to the lines of businesses supported. Proactively leads and facilitates day-to-day communication with Creative Services and cross-functional partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate marketing briefs into digital creative user stories
- Manage the day-to-day assigning of creative work to UX content and design resources
- In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies associated with requested work
- Detailed facilitation of stand-up and Creative Reviews, and Kanban board management
- Coordinates with marketing and analytics partners to deliver and implement marketing creative across various digital and non-digital channels in support of marketing initiatives including: print ads, emails, landing pages, banners, tiles, updates to online marketing and other digital properties
- Works with business and technology partners to enhance digital properties by leading end-to-end intake and delivery
- Create timelines, maintain delivery schedules and coordinate resources across multiple campaigns and projects
- Create and maintain tickets within our ticketing system for all creative efforts
- Triage production issues with business and technology partners to ensure swift and satisfactory resolution with minimal impact to users and the business
- Balances a sales and service minded approach to create experiences that deliver incremental business value while ensuring compliance with brand standards and industry regulations
- Remains engaged in all steps of the enhancement of the creative process, including briefings, reviews, offer set-up, business validation/testing
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management and digital marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
- Preferred 3+ years of internal or external agency experience
- Strong interpersonal relationship and excellent communication skills
- Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to plan, manage and successfully deliver large marketing campaigns
- Ability to solve complex/layered problems in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Jira a plus
