Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: New Berlin, WI

Pay Range: $26–$28/hr

Schedule: Preferred hours are 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility.

A client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role will be key in ensuring equipment and facilities run smoothly and efficiently. If you're a problem-solver who enjoys hands-on maintenance and repair work, this could be the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot circuitry issues, including using meters to read voltages.
• Execute lockout/tagout procedures when necessary.
• Handle light facility maintenance tasks like painting and drywall repair.
• Collaborate with HVAC contractors (experience in HVAC is a bonus!).
• Operate a forklift (not required but beneficial).
• Utilize tools like electric meters and material-handling equipment for various tasks.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
