We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter with extensive experience in permanent placement and talent acquisition within the energy sector. This full-time role requires a professional with a strong agency background, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage recruitment processes from start to finish. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach, client-focused mindset, and proven success in building and maintaining robust talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including receiving job requisitions, posting roles, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Leverage extensive industry knowledge to align recruitment strategies with market trends and client needs.
- Build and maintain a strong LinkedIn presence to actively engage top talent and sustain a high-quality candidate network.
- Ensure compliance with hiring best practices and company standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide data-driven updates to stakeholders using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other reporting tools.
- Responsible for meeting weekly KPI’s set forth by management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with solid tenures within an agency setting. Proven track record of success in permanent placement recruitment.
- Extensive experience recruiting within the energy sector is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
