Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases across various practice areas, including family law, probate and estate planning, criminal defense, real estate, and general litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions and pleadings, and prepare for hearings, trials, and client meetings.
• Provide high-quality counsel and advocate on behalf of clients in court and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and client matters.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in New Hampshire.
• 1+ years of experience in one or more of the firm’s practice areas (family law, probate, criminal law, real estate, or litigation preferred).
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively within a team.
