Production Operator - Night Shift - Entry Level to Mid Level
This exciting role will be responsible for operating your multiple assigned positions and any other tasks or projects safely and efficiently to optimally produce quality work. This could include the placement and testing of electrical components, cleaning of finished products, or loading of raw materials into machines. They are headquartered in the Burlington, WA area. The company is a leading designer and manufacturer of solar cells and PV Modules for the renewable energy industry. Responsibilities:
- Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines according to position Standard Work Instructions (SWI)
- Clean and prepare workstations and machines.
- Assemble and test components and ensure adherence to specified requirements.
- Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems.
- Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies.
- Check final assembly for the finish, labeling, and packaging methods.
- Complete other tasks as required and directed.
- Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-year minimum Production experience, 2 years preferred.
- Coachable and willing to learn.
- Dependable and reliable (attendance & punctuality).
- Team and customer-oriented.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem Solving.
- Continuous learning focused.
- Ability to lift objects less than 25 pounds and team lift objects approximately 60 pounds.
- Able to stand, walk, and work on feet for 8+ hours.
Salary Range:
- $18-22.50/hr depending on experience.
Schedule :
- 6:00 PM- 6:00 AM with a rotating schedule 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, etc.
