Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM w/evening & Saturday urgent care rotation; Occasional weekend (Rotate on-call Saturday's with rest of clinic rad team); Occasional call time (Saturday urgent care rotation)

A Brief Overview
n
Performs radiologic examinations to allow accurate interpretation for diagnosis. Completes all appropriate paperwork.
n
What you will do
n

Performs various radiology procedures that produce examinations of premium diagnostic quality according to policy and procedure on a daily basis.
n n- n
Performs all aspects of patient care during the performance of radiology procedures.
n n- n
Maintains inventory and stock supplies as necessary.
n n- n
Performs all routine maintenance and cleaning according to procedure. Performs equipment repair when necessary.

Assumes responsibility for any department to physician communication as needed.
n n- n
Performs all quality control and quality assurance procedures for radiology and as outlined by the State of SD, FDA, and JCAHO.

Pushes and/or requests CD of images to be sent to outside facilities for comparison Assures that reports are sent to outside providers who request images done by the facility.

Assists with scanning and processing of reports and images and other necessary office maintenance duties. Completes paperwork associated with taking radiographs, and mammograms including EMR entry.
