Position: LPN - Life-skills
Location: Lebanon Elementary School
Qualifications: LPN licensed by the State of Connecticut
Salary: $23.00-$27.00/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
Duties: Works with medically fragile student in classroom setting and resource room. Assists student with activities of daily living and medical needs. Documents the nursing process, medication/treatment administration. Perform duties as assigned by the School Nurse and the Special Education Teacher.
