Delray Beach manufacturing company seeks energetic and detailed Accounting Clerk to support accounting functions and some overflow administrative duties as needed. er overflow from other departments. Our chosen Accounting Clerk must possess a positive attitude with a "can do, will do" attitude. The Accounting Clerk will assist with the following duties including but not limited to: - Must know QuickBooks
- Post payments
- Process credit card transactions
- Organize, research, classify, and record data.
Requirements: - Strong skills in Data Entry, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Technical capacity and interest in technical products.
- Excellent written and verbal (telephone) communication skills.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Exceptional organizational skills - deadline oriented with the ability to prioritize work assignments and use time in the most effective way.
- Capacity to anticipate, with the ability to think ahead and plan accordingly.
