Job Description
We are looking for a person to join our Team in a full time Customer Service position.
This person needs to be personable with excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
This person needs to be self-motivated, detail orientated, well organized, strong work ethic and able to multitask efficiently. Will need to have good time-management skills and able to prioritize their workload.
Experience in providing customer Support through order processing, technical assistance and education for all products manufactured and distributed by Burton Saw and its contributory companies (Cut Tech, Wright Machine Tools and Global Tooling).
Working knowledge of products used and distributed within the Saw Mill industry.
Demonstrated computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and data entry into an ERP System) is required.
Prior Customer Service experience with a product manufacturing company is required.
