We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to be the face of our company, ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and assistance. Hourly Pay of $20.25 an hour.
  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and accurately
  • Process transactions, reservations, or orders using our computer systems
  • Provide product or service information to customers, helping them make informed decisions
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery
  • Adapt to changing customer needs and company policies with flexibility
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services when appropriate
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company offerings and customer service best practices
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including day and evening shifts
  • Willingness to wear a company uniform
  • Multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
