Responsibility Profile:
• Accurately enter invoices in accounting software (NetSuite)
• Ensure proper coding of invoices in accordance with the financial reporting structure.
• Acquire proper approvals for all invoice transactions.
• Assist in completing payment runs (checks, wires, ACH, etc.)
• Ad hoc reporting and research involving invoices and payments.
• Replying to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Accurately record transactions among various subsidiary entities, locations, departments and project codes
• Drive timely month-end close processing.
Candidate Skills and Experience:
• 3+ years experience in AP
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Hands-on mentality, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to be effective in a hybrid workplace
