They must thrive in high-pressure environments and be skilled at managing complex processes.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Performing valuation, debt capacity, liquidity, and other restructuring analyses
• Developing strategic reviews and evaluating distressed M&A opportunities
• Assisting with legal documentation and post-closing legal issues
• Designing restructuring strategies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in relevant disciplines
• Strong academic background and specific finance experience in either Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Accounting, or other related fields
• Ability to travel regularly
• strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required
