Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accounting Specialist to join a growing company. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and contribute to the smooth operation of financial processes.
M-F in office
$45 - $50k
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry and maintaining financial records
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities
• Prepare reports and assist in financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (QuickBooks or similar a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field
