Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Network Ops Analyst (1 day on-site in Naperville or Chicago, IL) for an opportunity with a client located in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting, resolving operations issues, break fix, working with both US and International teams, branch support/setup, SD-WAN transports at the branches, routing/performance issues through data centers, raise floor environments, connectivity, internet, interplay between devices, classification of issues on level how critical they are, parse through different level of events/alarms, ticket que, incoming calls and call manager voice system support

Requirements:

  • 6-12 month contract to hire (long-term)
  • Must be US Citizen
  • 40 hours per week from start and looking to start asap
  • Recent experience as a Network Operations Analyst supporting multiple sites at once
  • Recent experience with cisco routing and switching (CCNA level exp)
