Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Client Contracting, this position is responsible for all aspects of reporting related to client contracts. Demonstrate technical skills, strong project/program management and experience with similar contract tracking implementations. In-depth knowledge of healthcare and data classification is required (e.g., contract language classifications). This job is responsible for analyzing existing contracts to ensure compliance with and adherence to the underlying terms and conditions. In addition, this position is responsible for contracts comply with the Company's policies and procedures, practices, and standards for analyzing detailed information and identifying trends.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assure proper handling internally of all client contracting documents within the Legal Department.
2. Ensure client contracts are processed after execution in a timely manner and uploaded to the designated contract repository.
3. Identify key provisions and non-standard language that need to be catalogued and maintain contract database.
4. Identify trends that can impact other areas of the Company, and present opportunities for process improvement.
5. Lead projects related to client contract reporting and client contract management.
6. Investigate and maintain reports to assure contracts are accurately stored and categorized.
7. Generate reports in a timely manner for Legal Department and other business owners, as needed.
8. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and all departments at all levels.
9. Conduct audits of current client agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness, which may also include identifying outlier language or nonstandard terms.
10. Assist cross-functional departments and serve as a subject matter expert for questions/issues related to client contracts.
11. Ensure adherence to Company's policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as standards of production and quality.
12. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy regulations, and fraud, waste and abuse regulations and requirements
13. Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values.

JOB SCOPE: This position works under general supervision in a self-directed and results oriented manner. This position works within established standards and procedures, relying on a broad range of knowledge gained through experience to complete job responsibilities. This position focuses on the storing and reporting of client contracts and requires an individual who knows and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures related to the reporting of client contracts.
