Job Description
Locums - Durango, Colorado, Urology Job (IMLC Accepted)Clinical Role:

    • Dates of Coverage:
      • All shifts end the following day at 7a
      • Mar 31-Apr 6
      • Apr 21-27
      • Apr 28-May 4
      • June 30-July 6
      • Site will need about 1 week per month ongoing starting July 2025
    • Monday - Friday - 8a - 4p + 4p - 7a (night call) & Saturday - Sunday - 24hr call (7a-7a)
    • Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III
    • FTE: .5
    • Required Procedures/Job Duties: Seeing patients in clinic
    • OR time for various procedures
    • EMR: EPIC
    • Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
    • Reason for Coverage: Candidate submitted cancellation recently and team needs to backfill this provider
    • EMR Required Training:
    • Module (learn lessons) - Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training
    • EMR Onsite training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Onsite EMR training will be schedule the morning of providers first day
    • Board Certified - Required
    • Active CO License - Required or IMLC
    • BLS, DEA - Required
