Your Responsibilities:

• Collect essential information from new Residents for their admission process.
• Record health details of Residents, including vital signs and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections to Residents as required.
• Provide treatment and dressing for wounds and bedsores.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed.
• Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene tasks.
• Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

• Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
• Valid LPN State license.
• Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
