The Role:
As the Western Canada Service Manager , you will play a critical leadership role in driving service excellence across a vast and diverse region. Leading two supervisors and their teams of service technicians, you will be responsible for ensuring our most valued partners—large developers, high-volume accounts, and VIP clients—receive exceptional service that reinforces Centra’s reputation as the partner of choice in the multifamily construction market.
This role requires a dynamic leader who combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, ensuring on-time delivery, product quality , and unmatched client satisfaction. You will refine workflows, optimize resources, and resolve technical challenges while building a best-in-class service team through training, mentorship, and development. Your ability to lead in a solutions-focused, customer-centric manner will be vital to driving growth and ensuring Centra’s continued success.
With extensive travel required across Western Canada (35%+ ), you will be on the front lines of service delivery—managing operations, strengthening partnerships, and addressing critical challenges where they arise. Core Accountabilities:
- Client Trust & Relationship Management : Serve as the primary contact for VIP clients and large developers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, proactive communication, and rapid resolution of escalations.
- Operational Excellence : Refine workflows, optimize scheduling, and oversee resource allocation to deliver unmatched reliability and efficiency across Western Canada.
- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of supervisors and service technicians, driving accountability, development, and operational excellence.
- Technical Solutions : Provide hands-on leadership and expertise to resolve technical challenges, including water testing, installation troubleshooting, and site inspections.
- Strategic Growth : Develop and implement strategies to grow Centra’s service capabilities, expand market share, and strengthen our presence as a trusted industry leader.
- Problem Solving : Take ownership of challenges, delivering effective solutions that maintain trust and reinforce Centra’s reliability and excellence.
