Do you have a passion for nurturing young minds and a heart for leadership? Children's Playhouse Newbold is seeking a dynamic and experienced Early Childhood Education professional to join our team as the Center Director!

What you'll do:

• Foster a love of learning through high-quality programming (Keystone STARS 4) aligned with DHS regulations (Chapter 3270) and health department guidelines.
• Lead and inspire a team of 20 dedicated staff members, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
• Manage budgeting, timesheets, payroll, data entry, and ensure compliance with Head Start, Pre-K Counts, and ELRC CCW subsidy programs.
• Oversee enrollment of families and children, building strong partnerships with parents and guardians.
• Continuously improve our center by implementing effective staff recruitment and retention strategies.

Who you are:

• A self-starter with a team player mentality.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (Master's in Leadership preferred).
• Have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a high-quality childcare program.
• Possess a deep understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and compliance regulations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with families, staff, and the community.
