Our client in Shrewsbury Township, NJ is looking for a Senior Plant Manager for a direct-hire, fully onsite position.

Senior Plant Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations at the facility.

Production Manager/Production Supervisor Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred
• Six Sigma Certification required
• Proficiency in 6S and Lean Manufacturing principles
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a plant management or similar leadership role.
• Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries required
