Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented transactional Tax Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The successful candidate will bring a working understanding of taxation of entities and owners (especially partnerships and S corps) and real estate.

Qualifications:

Exceptional academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school, an active license to practice law in California, and excellent research, analytical, and communication and writing skills. An LLM in Tax is required.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary and benefits package. The salary range we expect to pay for this position is between $175,000 and $300,000, depending on experience and other factors. The final compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on various factors, including the type and years of job experience and overall qualifications.
