ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 ( you will do: As the LPN on the overnight shift, you will work as a member of the Medical Department and will be primarily responsible for the health care of the residents, maintain all resident medical files and educate residents on health issues, first aid, infectious controls and emergency procedures. You will ensure adherence to the healthcare guidelines and implement safety standards for the youth.
